Service Description
Rapid urine drug test provides fast preliminary results for a variety of testing needs. Multiple panel options are available, including 5- panel, 10- panel, 12- panel, 14- panel and expanded options that may include ETG alcohol and fentanyl. This service is available for employment, probation, personal, and other non- DOT testing needs. Testing is performed at Divine Timing Testing Services in Plainfield, IL, with confirmation testing available when required.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation will not result in a refund for any reason. You may reschedule without a fee by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a $50 rescheduling fee. No-call /No-show will require payment for a new test.
