Service Description
DOT return-to-duty drug testing for employees completing the SAP process. Return-to-duty drug tests are performed under direct observation in accordance with 49 CFR Part 40. Professional specimen collection is available at Divine Timing Testing Services in Plainfield, IL
Cancellation Policy
A cancelation will not result in a refund for any reason. However, you may reschedule your appointment as long as it is at least 24 hours before your appointment. If it is not at least 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a $50.00 reschedule fee. No call No show will result in you having to pay for another test.
