Service Description
Collection-only services for DOT and Non-DOT testing when the employer, TPA, or laboratory provides the testing order or materials. Professional urine specimen collection is available in-office, mobile, and after hours
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation will not result in a refund for any reason. You may reschedule without a fee by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a $50 rescheduling fee. No-call /No-show will require payment for a new test.
