Service Description
Breath Alcohol Test (BAT) – A non-invasive test that measures the concentration of alcohol in a person’s breath using a calibrated breathalyzer. This test provides immediate results and is commonly used for DOT and workplace alcohol screening to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Breath Alcohol Test W/Confirmation - Initial breath alcohol screening followed by a confirmation test for enhanced accuracy and reliability. Includes result documentation.
Cancellation Policy
A cancelation will not result in a refund for any reason. However, you may reschedule your appointment as long as it is at least 24 hours before your appointment. If it is not at least 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a $50.00 reschedule fee. No call No show will result in you having to pay for another test.
