Service Description

24/7 mobile drug and alcohol testing for employers, trucking companies, warehouses, and organizations. Available for DOT and Non-DOT testing, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and urgent after-hours needs. We travel to your workplace or designated location. For urgent after-hours service, call 815-454-3723.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation will not result in a refund for any reason. You may reschedule without a fee by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a $50 rescheduling fee. No-call /No-show will require payment for a new test.
