Service Description
24/7 mobile drug and alcohol testing for employers, trucking companies, warehouses, and organizations. Available for DOT and Non-DOT testing, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and urgent after-hours needs. We travel to your workplace or designated location. Cancellation Policy
Mobile and after-hours appointments require advance payment. Payments and mobile/travel fees are nonrefundable once booked, except if Divine Timing Testing Services cancels the appointment and cannot reschedule it. Clients may reschedule one time without a fee by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Changes made less than 24 hours' notice require $50 rescheduling fee. No-call/no-show appointments forfeit payment and require a new booking. Clients must provide the correct service address, valid photo identification, required paperwork, and a safe, accessible area for specimen collection. Additional travel or waiting-time charges may apply and will be communicated before service. Collector arrival times may vary because of travel, traffic, or emergency-service demands.
