Laboratory-based screening for non-DOT needs
Service Description
A laboratory-based 10-panel urine drug test for non-DOT employment, probation, court, treatment, and personal testing. The specimen is collected professionally and sent to the laboratory for screening and confirmation when required. This test does not include ETG alcohol testing and is not a DOT test.
Cancellation Policy
All payments are nonrefundable once booked, except if Divine Timing Testing Services cancels the appointment and cannot reschedule it. Clients may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment. One reschedule is allowed without a fee when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice require a $50 rescheduling fee. No-call/no-show appointments forfeit payment and require a new booking. Clients must arrive on time with valid photo identification and any required paperwork. Late arrival may require rescheduling. Mobile and travel fees, completed collections, opened testing supplies, and specimens submitted to the laboratory are nonrefundable. Laboratory turnaround times are estimates and may change if confirmation testing or recollection is required.
