10-panel urine drug testing with ETG alcohol screening for employment, probation, court, monitoring, and personal testing needs. Professional specimen collection is available at Divine Timing Testing Services in Plainfield, IL. Rapid or laboratory-based testing may be available depending on the test ordered.
Cancellation Policy
All payments are nonrefundable once booked, except if Divine Timing Testing Services cancels the appointment and cannot reschedule it. Clients may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment. One reschedule is allowed without a fee when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice require a $50 rescheduling fee. No-call/no-show appointments forfeit payment and require a new booking. Clients must arrive on time with valid photo identification and any required paperwork. Late arrival may require rescheduling. Mobile and travel fees, completed collections, opened testing supplies, and specimens submitted to the laboratory are nonrefundable. Laboratory turnaround times are estimates and may change if confirmation testing or recollection is required.
